CicLAvia: Pasadena was a Heater!
The morning started off with a bang! The WestSSUP founders were able to land a television interview with Let's Go L.A.'s host Evangeline Fabia. Let's Go L.A. highlights local businesses and activities for the Los Angeles native. We were proud to represent the sport of Street SUP the right way, look out world here comes WestSSUP!
As the excitement of the morning wore off, hoards of crowds and sunlight quickly turned the open streets into a congested Los Angeles freeway. Luckily there were a lot of free water stations and shady spots to cool off. Amongst the foothills of the Pasadena route WestSSUP was able to let the curious bystanders try out Street Stand Up Paddle. Some ladies were even brave enough to try out Tandem SSUP on their first try! We will keep you posted on the air date of Let's Go L.A.
